About ICOE-NET 2026

在全球“双碳”目标加速推进的时代背景下,新能源技术正经历着深刻的技术变革和产业升级。光电子工程作为连接光与电的关键技术,与新能源产业的深度融合展现出前所未有的潜力。当前,从传统光伏制造到新一代钙钛矿技术,从智能电网建设到储能系统优化,光电子材料与器件的创新、先进光电检测技术的进步正在为新能源领域注入新的活力。这种交叉融合不仅推动着技术边界的不断拓展,更为实现清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系提供了核心驱动力。

本次会议旨在搭建一个高水平的国际交流平台,汇聚全球光电子工程与新能源技术领域的专家学者、产业精英和创新人才,共同探讨前沿科学技术问题,分享最新研究成果,促进学术思想碰撞与创新合作。通过深入交流光电子技术在新能源领域的应用实践,推动科技成果的有效转化,构建产学研用协同创新的良好生态。会议将重点关注光电子材料与器件、光伏技术突破、储能系统优化等关键领域,为全球能源转型和可持续发展贡献智慧力量。

Against the backdrop of globally accelerating "Dual Carbon" goals, new energy technologies are undergoing profound transformation and industrial upgrading. As a pivotal technology bridging light and electricity, Optoelectronic Engineering is demonstrating unprecedented potential through its deep integration with the new energy industry. Currently, from traditional photovoltaic manufacturing to next-generation perovskite technologies, and from smart grid construction to energy storage system optimization, innovations in optoelectronic materials and devices, alongside advancements in advanced optoelectronic inspection technologies, are injecting new vitality into the new energy sector. This interdisciplinary fusion is not only expanding technological boundaries but also serving as a core driving force for realizing a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system.

This conference aims to establish a high-level international exchange platform, gathering global experts, scholars, industry elites, and innovative talents in the fields of Optoelectronic Engineering and New Energy Technology. Submission and Publication

所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家的严格审稿。最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式由 SPIE 出版,并提交至 EI Compendex, Scopus 等数据库进行检索。

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. All accepted papers will be published by SPIE in the form of Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and other databases for indexing.

投稿注意事项

Submission Guidelines

  • 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
  • All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
  • 论文须按照模板撰写,英文投稿。
  • Papers must be written in English following the template.
  • 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
  • Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
  • 被录用且完成注册的论文将由SPIE出版,并提交至EI Compendex, Scopus等数据库进行检索。
  • All accepted and registered papers will be published by SPIE and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, and other databases for indexing.
  • 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.

主讲嘉宾:Keynote Speaker: 申请主题演讲,由组委会审核。 Apply for a keynote speech, subject to committee approval.
口头演讲:Oral Presentation: 申请口头报告,时间为10-15分钟。 Apply for a 10-15 minute oral presentation (Download Template).
海报展示:Poster Presentation: 申请海报展示,A1尺寸,彩色打印。 Apply for a poster presentation (A1 size, color print) (Download Template).
听众参会:Listener: 不投稿仅参会。 Attend the conference without submitting a paper.
