About ICOE-NET 2026
在全球"双碳"目标加速推进的时代背景下,新能源技术正经历着深刻的技术变革和产业升级。光学工程作为支撑性技术,与新能源产业的融合发展展现出巨大潜力。当前,从传统光伏制造到新一代钙钛矿技术,从智能电网建设到储能系统优化,光学材料的创新、光学检测技术的进步以及光电子技术的应用正在为新能源领域注入新的活力。这种交叉融合不仅推动着技术边界的不断拓展,更为实现清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系提供了关键技术支撑。
本次会议旨在搭建一个高水平的国际交流平台,汇聚全球光学工程与新能源技术领域的专家学者、产业精英和创新人才,共同探讨前沿科学技术问题,分享最新研究成果,促进学术思想碰撞与创新合作。通过深入交流光学技术在新能源领域的应用实践,推动科技成果的有效转化,构建产学研用协同创新的良好生态。会议将重点关注光学材料创新、光伏技术突破、储能系统优化等关键领域,为全球能源转型和可持续发展贡献智慧力量。
Against the backdrop of accelerating global "dual-carbon" goals, new energy technologies are undergoing profound technological transformations and industrial upgrades. Optical engineering, as a foundational technology, demonstrates tremendous potential through its integration and development with the new energy industry. Currently, from traditional photovoltaic manufacturing to next-generation perovskite technologies, from smart grid construction to energy storage system optimization, innovations in optical materials, advancements in optical detection technologies, and applications of optoelectronic technologies are injecting new vitality into the new energy sector. This cross-disciplinary integration not only continuously expands technological boundaries but also provides key technical support for achieving a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient modern energy system.
This conference aims to establish a high-level international exchange platform, gathering experts, scholars, industry leaders, and innovative talents from the global fields of optical engineering and new energy technology. Together, we will explore cutting-edge scientific and technological issues, share the latest research findings, and promote the collision of academic ideas and innovative collaborations. Through in-depth exchanges on the practical applications of optical technologies in the new energy field, we seek to facilitate the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements and build a favorable ecosystem for industry-academia-research-application collaborative innovation. 投稿与出版
Submission and Publication
所有的投稿都必须经过至少2位组委会专家审稿,经过严格的审稿之后,最终所有录用的论文将以会议论文集的形式提交 IEEE 出版,出版后将提交IEEE Xplore。
All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by 2 Technical Program Committee members at least. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Submission Guidelines
- 所有投稿须为原创、未在其他会议或期刊发表过的研究成果。 (下载论文模板)
- All submissions must be original research results not previously published in other conferences or journals. (Download Template)
- 论文须按照IEEE会议论文模板撰写,英文投稿。
- Papers must be written in English following the IEEE conference paper template.
- 投稿将经过至少两位专家的同行评审,以确保学术质量。
- Submissions will undergo peer review by at least two experts to ensure academic quality.
- 被录用且完成注册的论文将由IEEE出版,并提交IEEE Xplore数据库收录
- Accepted papers with completed registration will be published by IEEE, submitted to the IEEE Xplore database for inclusion.
- 被录用的论文需在大会会场完成展示(张贴海报或口头汇报),才能进入出版流程。
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference venue (poster or oral) in order to proceed to the publication process.
